Surf and have fun at Punta Morena Beach

Punta Morena Beach is a large swath of pale sand that arches around a little cove on Cozumel‘s east coast, staring out into the brilliant blue of the Caribbean Sea. Despite a few food and drink spots, sun loungers, and umbrellas, much of the sand remains open for beach games. You can even spot a shipwreck.

Punta Morena Beach: Mother nature made this

The limestone island of Cozumel boasts breathtaking beaches shaped by millions of years of erosion, resulting in stunning sandy shores, rugged cliffs, and crystal-clear turquoise waters. These limestone formations create hidden coves, tide pools, and fascinating rock formations, enhancing the coastal landscapes with intrigue and exploration.

Punta Morena Beach: a natural pool

Punta Morena Beach offers solitude and a natural setting on the east coast, with a small natural pool for children and trinket vendors during peak season. Above the beach, a beach club offers cuisine and drinks at reasonable prices, along with hammocks, swings, and a small pool.
